Professional Journey

Currently, I am a Customer Journey Expert at ING Nederland, specifically within the KYC Services domain. In this role, I design backend applications that enable compliant onboarding for private and business customers. As the Topic Owner for Business Onboarding, I have led the delivery of critical backend functionalities and expanded the adoption of standardized KYC onboarding systems across global ING entities. My daily work involves collaborating with developers to refine technical solutions and overseeing rigorous testing strategies to ensure product quality.

Before my time at ING, I spent over 12 years at Garanti BBVA Teknoloji as a Business Analysis Manager. There, I managed the full lifecycle delivery of major global-scale projects in the Compliance & Fraud domain, including the integration of Falcon Enterprise Fraud Manager, Fircosoft Sanction Screening, and the SAS AML Suite. My earlier career also includes roles as a Project Manager/Senior Business Analyst at Garanti BBVA International NV and an Assistant Vice President of Digital Banking at Garanti BBVA.
